despite its so-called luxury, my room's damp ceiling made me question its cleanliness. I also couldn’t help but notice how noisy it was, with cars honking outside—absolutely unacceptable. An upgrade woudl ve been nice as compensation for the spa facilities being closed. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

my room didn’t have a kettle or cups. the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast spread had a nice variety that included plant-based options.

Had a lovely upgrade to a spacious double room with a balcony! The wellness facilities were nice, with a small pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to unwind after my adventures.

But, oh dear, the bed felt like it had been through a wrestling match! And don’t even get me started on the breakfast selection—was that yesterday’s salad?

Had a spacious room that was really clean, and the mountain view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, the breakfast was a standout, offering plant-based options which is rare in most places.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but compared to what you get, it's still within reason.

i had a pretty great stay at czarny potok wellness & spa. the room was clean and comfortable, and having a large balcony with a mountain view was a real treat. the wellness facilities, especially the indoor pool and sauna, were fantastic for relaxation. breakfast was enjoyable, and they even provided plant-based options.

I had an amazing time with my friends here. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with even local specialties to try. We enjoyed skiing at the Mount Kasprowy Wierch Ski Resort and hiking around the area. The staff worked really fast and kept everything running smoothly.

The car parking was a bit of a hassle. Finding a spot took longer than expected, and the larger parking area was way too far from the hotel entrance.
